EDCH - Care Takers Since it was founded in 1883, The Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home has been caring for lost and abandoned dogs and cats. They try, wherever possible, to find new and loving homes for all the animals and are passionate about what they do and how they do it. They aim to show that pet ownership, although challenging at times, can be one of the most rewarding things you can do. Commissioned to photography the staff without whom the home would not function. To capture the staff as working people within the home that the public can identify with, to show their devotion for the lives of all the animal residents within the home.
